DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Shipping cost and all destination import costs are included in the price. You do not need to manage customs or pay extra fees at the border.

Your Own Shipping Forwarder: If you use a personal shipping agent, we can coordinate transport directly to their facility. Simply supply the forwarder's address and phone number.
Note: Please indicate your preferred shipping method (Sea/Air/Express) and provide your complete delivery address with your inquiry to get an accurate total quotation directly.
Cell Balancing: DIY battery packs must get cells balanced (same voltage) before assembly. Refunds are not provided for incorrect or faulty assembly.
Quality Inspection Window: Professionals check voltage, resistance, and appearance before shipping. Please test the cells within 15 days of arrival; after this period, cells are considered approved and in good condition.
Return Standards: Returns are only accepted if cells are completely unused (electrodes intact, no welding, no wear, good appearance). Return shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility.
5-Year Warranty: Valid from the date of successful delivery. If a single battery capacity drops below 80% of its initial capacity, please provide photo or video verification to receive a replacement or satisfactory solution.
Shipping Damages or Loss: Please contact support immediately with photos or videos. If cells are damaged or unusable, we will offer a replacement or product cost refund.
Warranty Exclusions:
• Damage resulting from incorrect assembly (e.g. protection board wired wrong, charger failure, unbalanced assembly).
• bulges or physical damage caused by charging without a protective BMS.
Tips: These products are prototype battery cells without an integrated protection board. You must purchase a matching BMS (Battery Management System) for safe operation.
