For reference, standard 1C cycling operations yield approximately 3,500 lifecycles.
Which hybrid inverter brands are compatible with your battery systems?
Our self-developed BMS supports full protocol communication with most high-voltage and low-voltage inverter brands in the market. This includes widely used systems such as Deye, Growatt, Goodwe, Sofarsolar, Luxpower, INVT, Megarevo, and others.
Why should I choose a high-voltage battery system?
High-voltage battery setups operate in connection with three-phase hybrid inverters, which require higher voltage inputs (commonly between 150V and 600V). We provide a comprehensive ten-year warranty period covering material or workmanship defects from the initial activation date. System operations must comply with the recommended operating parameters and ambient temperature restrictions. After 10 years, our battery packs are engineered to retain at least 80% of their original usable energy capacity.
What is the standard delivery time for orders?
For standard products stocked in our European warehouses, shipment delivery or local pick-up takes 2 to 7 days. For OEM projects requiring factory dispatch from China, the production cycle is 7 to 15 days. Custom ODM setups require 15 to 30 days to cover engineering, testing, and manufacturing validation.
How are after-sales issues and technical support handled?
Our technical support engineers diagnose issues remotely via software interface tools (assisted by on-site installers). Software issues are repaired via firmware updates. For validated hardware faults, we ship replacement modules or deliver a replacement system directly from our European service hubs.
